JUSTINE INIFER
Senior Remedial Massage Therapist & Reflexologist
Justine has 30 years of experience as a massage therapist in various clinics, and spas abroad, interstate, and across Victoria. Her career began at a VFL football club alongside a physiotherapist, and she has since continued to collaborate with physiotherapists, valuing the synergy between the two practices. Her clientele spans a wide age range, from 8 to 95 years old. Justine has cultivated a dedicated client base that values her meticulous attention to detail, her focus on achieving results, and her caring and intuitive approach.
Whether it's muscle tension, stress relief, chronic pain, injury, post-surgery recovery, maintaining peak sports performance or a regular part of your wellness routine, Justine believes everyone can benefit from Remedial Massage.
Increased stress and over exposure to stress chemicals in the body may result in muscle tension, pain loops, anxiety and hypervigilance, fatigue and inflammation.
Positive, comforting and targeted therapeutic touch through massage can assist the client to release these protective patterns, encouraging the body/brain to decrease pain and restore ease of movement.

Reflexology is an ancient therapy that focuses on stimulating specific reflex points on the hands and feet, corresponding to different body areas. Applying pressure to these points promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It naturally enhances circulation, supports healing, and restores balance. Imagine an hour dedicated solely to your feet; it's a comforting and nurturing experience.
Justine, who trained in the Ingham Method of Reflexology in 2008, has observed that clients burdened with stress and anxiety benefit from reflexology, often feeling revitalized and less tense throughout their bodies. Gentle, rhythmic pressure on the feet has been shown to calm overactive neural pathways, helping the brain to transition to a calmer state, to encourage a parasympathetic (rest and digest) response.
Justine is a registered Aged Care Remedial Massage provider and provides nurturing, gentle remedial massage to clients at home through their Aged Care Home Package Provider.

TESTIMONIALS:
"Deb is great. I've been coming back to Debfor years, and no matter what the focus of the treatment, I always leave feeling great and with fewer sore spots. Today Deb treated a glute/hip/nerve issue that had been referred right down my leg, but with a bit of hard work from Deb, I left without pain. Amazing, I'll have a pain-free sleep tonight :-) Thank you, Deb"

"I went to see Debra with a very painful calf. Debra worked her magic and released some deep knots. Went in with pain 8/10 and left about 2/10. Thank you Debra I’ll be back."

"I have had a remedial massage with Deb for many years. She is very knowledgeable, and professional and I always get great relief from her massages. With regular massages from Deb, I have reached a point where my pain and soreness have resolved, and maintain that with a monthly massage. Highly recommend. Great work Deb!"
